Before your appointment
Before attending, please complete the following health questionnaire. You can return this to us confidentially via email or bring on the day to your appointment:

Cabin Crew health questionnaire (renewal)
You should also bring details of any ongoing health conditions or current medications, alongside a medical summary which you can request from your GP.
Please arrive with a comfortably full bladder, as a urine sample is required prior to the examination. If you normally wear contact lenses, you should also be prepared to remove them so that your vision can be assessed both with and without correction.
Payment for Cabin Crew Medicals is due 48 hours prior the appointment slot via BACS.
During your appointment
The appointment usually lasts less than 1 hour. It will include a review of your medical history, a vision assessment, urine testing, and a general physical examination in accordance with CAA requirements. Intimate examinations are not required and ECGs are only required if there is a medical condition necessitating one.
If there are any significant medical conditions or previous health concerns, further information from your GP or specialist may occasionally be required before a certificate can be issued.
After your appointment
Provided you meet the required medical standards and no further information is needed, your certificate will be issued at the end of your appointment.
